Enhancing Digital Services for Young People’s Health
Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust's Just One Norfolk provides vital health information for families, covering topics from pregnancy to bereavement support. They faced the challenge of evolving their digital platform into a clinical intervention tool.
Chess was selected as the preferred provider through the procurement process. They collaborated with Just One Norfolk to redesign the public-facing content management system (CMS) using Umbraco.
The project involved modernising an outdated case management system by developing real-time financial dashboards, segmented by department. This solution significantly improved efficiency, saving weeks of work. The design and development process involved regular feedback sessions to ensure alignment, resulting in a much more streamlined and responsive financial management tool.
